Help!! My Psp Won’t Turn On Or Charge My Baterry

ok well first my friend gave me this psp because he broke it. he told me that the screen is cracked so he tried to open it he also said he did something to it because it would not turn on any more. if someone could tell me what the exact problem is, how to fix this, and were to buy the item to repair it i would really appritiate it =(
